Franklin Cleaning, Inc provides cleaning and maintenance of common areas of condominium buildings, detached clubhouses and pool areas.

Programs are designed to fit the specific need of each association. Typical service include:

• Brushing-down cobwebs and other debris from ceilings, walls, and ledges
• Hand-washing entry doors and walkway railings
• Sweeping or blowing soil and debris from exterior walkways
• Cleaning and polishing stainless-steel in and around elevators
• Vacuuming carpeted areas and cleaning hard-surface flooring
• Relining trash cans

Once a scope of work and schedule is determined, a specific ‘crew’ is assigned to the project, and typically stays unless change becomes necessary. Should an ‘emergency’ occur, we are able to respond quickly by contacting the closest crew available.
