No. Although the South Florida Water Management District voted Dec. 13 2007 to move to Phase III watering restrictions in Florida, at this time Franklin Cleaning, Inc has been assured by Collier County officials that pressure-washing is not affected by the current drought; one of its worst in recordable history. Water restrictions don’t apply to car washes, pressure cleaners or pool companies. Washing cars at home is still allowed under Phase III.
